Meet Marisa!

Marisa Troy was diagnosed with ulcerative colitis as a teenager. Through support of friends, Marisa was able to open up and share her experience with ulcerative colitis through social media. After attending a couple of events and meeting others with similar experiences, she gained the confidence to share who she was with the world.

Marisa uses her blog to share insights on what it’s like living with a chronic illness.
